Randy was born and grew up in Myrtle Beach. He graduated from MBHS in 1968. He joined Dargan Construction in 1997 as a Project Manager. He currently serves as the Safety Director and is responsible for Safety on all of Dargan’s jobsites. He is Master Trainer with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). He is a certified trainer for the Associated General Contractors of America. Randy was married to his high school sweetheart for 40 years. They had four children. He lost her to cancer in 2010. His hobbies include wood working and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
